Terms of Service

These terms govern the booking and delivery of the discretionary passenger-transport services offered by Happy Bus Marsur S.L. through happybusmarsur.com. Completing a booking constitutes full acceptance of them.

01.Provider

Happy Bus Marsur S.L., Spanish tax ID B57754913, registered office at Calle Son Boi 7A, 07330 Consell (Balearic Islands, Spain), registered with the Balearic Companies Registry.

02.Subject matter and service description

Happy Bus Marsur provides discretionary passenger and luggage transport across the island of Mallorca in vehicles seating up to 25 passengers, with a professional driver, holding a valid administrative authorisation and the mandatory insurance in place.

Service modes: (a) point-to-point transfer, (b) vehicle at your disposal per hour, (c) closed-route tourist excursion. Public catalogue tariffs apply to mode (a); modes (b) and (c) are quoted individually via the quote-request form.

03.Prices and payment plans

Prices published on the site include the 10 % transport VAT and are shown in euros. The final amount charged is always the one displayed at the confirmation step immediately before payment.

At booking we offer two payment plans: (i) reserve with a deposit — a percentage of the trip total charged upfront, with the balance paid to the driver on arrival in cash or by card; (ii) pay in full online with an applied discount, leaving no amount due on the day of service.

The deposit percentage and the full-payment discount percentage are configured by Happy Bus Marsur and may change over time. Each booking preserves the percentages that were in force at its creation; later updates do not affect prior bookings.

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Happy Bus Marsur never stores full card details.

04.Booking process

Bookings are made in four steps on the website: route and date selection, extras selection, personal details and payment-plan choice, and confirmation with payment. Once you finish you receive an email with the receipt and the booking reference.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details, especially the contact email and phone number. For airport transfers, providing the flight number is essential so we can track it in real time.

If your route is not in the public catalogue (custom trips, groups, multi-day tours) you can request a personalised quote through the "Request a quote" section. Our team replies within one hour during business hours.

05.Service conditions

Punctuality: we commit to being at the pickup point with sufficient lead time. For airport pickups we track the flight status and adjust the pickup time to actual arrival at no extra cost.

Airport meeting point: our driver waits at the meeting point in the arrivals hall of the Terminal, holding a sign with the name of the booking holder.

Child seats: we offer baby seats and boosters at no extra cost. Please state the number and type at booking. On night shifts (approximately 22:00–06:00) we may confirm child-seat availability with the driver a few hours in advance.

Luggage: the rate covers one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. Bikes, golf clubs, folding wheelchairs and double buggies incur no surcharge when notified at booking; declaring them ensures we assign the right vehicle.

Client-side delays: the driver's waiting time at pickup is included (60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes elsewhere). Beyond that margin we may cancel the service with the right to retain the amount already charged.

06.Changes and cancellations

You may change your booking details (date, time, flight number, passenger count, extras) at no cost up to 24 hours before the pickup time by emailing info@happybusmarsur.com or via WhatsApp at +34 680 94 55 99, stating the booking reference.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: full refund of the amount paid online.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: a 50 % penalty applies to the amount paid online. The remaining 50 % is refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No-show at the pickup point without prior notice: no refund is due for the amount paid online; under the deposit plan, no further amount is chargeable.

Cancellation by Happy Bus Marsur due to force majeure (extreme weather, road closures, etc.): full refund of the amount paid online. No further compensation applies.

07.Liability

Happy Bus Marsur holds passenger and carrier compulsory civil-liability insurance in force, complying with Regulation (EC) 392/2009 and applicable Spanish law.

Luggage travels under the client's supervision. We recommend that you keep valuables (documents, electronics, jewellery) with you at all times during the trip.

We are not liable for delays outside our control caused by force majeure: extreme weather, third-party strikes, road closures ordered by a competent authority, unpredictable flight delays, vandalism or acts of terrorism.

08.Consumer rights

Passenger transport contracts with a specific date or period are excluded from the withdrawal right laid down in article 102 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, per its article 103, letter l. Even so, we apply the free-cancellation policy set out under "Changes and cancellations", which is more flexible than the statutory requirement.

In case of a dispute over the service, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or turn to the Balearic Islands Consumer Arbitration Board.

09.Intellectual and industrial property

The trade name, trademarks, logos, texts, photographs and software behind happybusmarsur.com are owned by Happy Bus Marsur S.L. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation is not authorised without our prior written consent.

10.Virtual assistant on Messenger

When you reach us through the Facebook Messenger channel linked to Happy Bus Marsur you may interact with an AI-powered virtual assistant. The assistant can check rates, create bookings and modify existing bookings based on the information you provide.

Any reply from the assistant regarding price, availability or conditions is a commercial proposal until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to correct manifestly erroneous prices as long as no charge has yet been made.

At any time you can ask to speak with a human by typing "speak to a human" or a similar phrase. All conversations are logged as set out in the privacy policy.

11.Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship between Happy Bus Marsur and the client is governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute arising from these terms or from the transport contract, the parties expressly submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, save where applicable law confers exclusive jurisdiction on another forum by virtue of the client's consumer status.

12.Changes to these terms

Happy Bus Marsur may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or new service features. Each booking is bound to the version in force when it was confirmed; later updates do not affect prior bookings.
